Perfect Square Trinomial:
example #1:
x^2 + 10x + 25

example # 2:

6+6= 12 (12x)

(x-6) ^ 2

the difference between these two examples of perfect square trinomials are that the first example is adding the first two terms, but the second example is subtracting the first two terms. Subtraction is not addition!
